It was made official at the D23 Expo on July 15th. TRON is coming to Magic Kingdom and it will sit in a new area next to Space Mountain.

TRON Lightcycle Power Run is currently only at Shanghai Disneyland and is a coaster attraction where riders board a two-wheeled Lightcycles. It was announced at D23 that TRON will open in time for Walt Disney World's 50th anniversary in 2012.
